Export your data from Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Sites, Drive, Forms, Vids & Jamboard

You can export and download your data from Google Drive, which includes items from Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Sites, Drive, Forms, Vids, and Jamboard. You can create an archive to keep for your records or use the data in another service. You can download files that haven't been deleted. Learn how to download your data.

If you're using a work or school account, some data might not be available for download. If you're a super administrator of your Google domain, you can download or migrate your organization’s data, including emails, calendars, documents, and sites. Important: Attempting to export files that exceed the maximum size limits may cause your export to fail.
