If you’re having trouble getting calls on Duo after you set up your Google Nest display or Google Home speaker, check that you’re signed in to the same Google Account on Duo and your display or speaker.

Step 1: Check your account on Duo

On your Android phone or tablet, open Duo.

Tap Menu Settings .
- Under "Google Account," check the account.
- If you don’t see an account, connect your Google Account to Duo.
- If you want to change your account, remove your existing account. Then set up Duo with the one you want to use.
Step 2: Check your account on your display or speaker
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Home app .
- Tap Menu , then check the account. Use the same one that's signed in to Duo.
- To change your account, tap your Google Account and change to another one.
