Remove students who don’t submit work or leave Assignments LTI™

Students are considered enrolled once they open a course and link their account through Assignments. 

The course roster doesn't pull from the Learning Management System (LMS). This means students who leave the LMS may still show up. 

You can sort and then remove students who haven’t submitted work or leave the course.

Tip: You can also remove co-teachers.

Remove students from Assignments roster

  1. Sign in to your LMS.
  2. Find an active assignment. 
  3. In the top right, click Menu More and then Manage People.
  4. Next to the name, click Menu More and then Remove.

Tip: Sort students by assignment status

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the assignments page.
  2. Next to “Name & submitted date,” click Status.
