Dispose of your old SIM card
Recycle your old SIM card as you would other “e-waste.”
- Cut the SIM card into small pieces.
- It's best to cut along and across the metallic chip pads. This helps to make the chip unreadable and unusable.
- Take your destroyed SIM card to an electronics recycler.
- If that's not available, you can also dispose of the card with your household waste.
If you still have issues, contact a Google Fi agent.
