If you have an issue with your Google Fi phone that may be covered by the warranty, Google is ready to help.
If you bought your phone through Google Fi:
- If it’s been 15 days or less since you received your phone, you can return the phone for a refund.
- To find out more about a refund, replacement, or repair, contact a Google Fi expert.
If you bought your phone from the Google Store:
- Contact Google Store support directly at 855-836-3987.
- Request a call and someone will call you shortly.
If you bought your phone somewhere else:
To check if you’re covered by your phone’s limited warranty, contact your phone's manufacturer.
Tip: If you bought the phone through Google Fi and it’s been 15 days or less since you received it, you can easily return the phone for a refund whether it’s defective or not.
