After you schedule an appointment, whether online or on the phone with a customer support agent, you can change your appointment online to an earlier or later time up until 2 hours before the scheduled time within your GFiber account.
To change your appointment online:

Sign in to your GFiber account with your email and password. You'll see your account page with your appointment date and time at the top of the window.

Click Reschedule appointment under your appointment date and time. On the Scheduling screen, you will see the next available appointment options.

Click one of the available appointments, or click on the Calendar icon to select another day.

After you select an appointment time, the Additional Details screen appears.

Review the installation details, and then click Confirm if you agree.
Your new appointment time will be displayed on your Account page and you can always refer back to it as a reminder. You can follow the steps above whenever you need to reschedule.
