Connect devices to your network

You can configure Wi-Fi on your router, so you can connect wireless and wired devices.

Add a wireless device

Due to the large variety of wireless devices available, we're unable to provide instructions for how to connect them to your network. Please see the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the wireless device you want to connect.

To add a wireless device to your Wi-Fi network, you’ll need to know your network password, which is available in your GFiber account.

 FIND NETWORK PASSWORD

To find your network password:

  1. Sign in to your GFiber account .

  2. Select Network at the top-left corner, then Show Password.

  1. A popup will appear with your current network password.

Add a wired device

The router is the primary access point of your home network and provides one or more LAN ports to which you can connect devices such as PCs or gaming consoles. Wiring your devices directly to the router provides the fastest connection speeds.

To wire a device directly to your network, simply connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the device and the other end to any LAN port on the router.
