Add or remove GFiber Phone service

If your address is eligible for GFiber Phone, you can add it to your service plan from your account. You can also remove GFiber Phone service from your account.

GFiber Phone options only appear if your address is eligible for GFiber Phone service.

To add GFiber Phone service to your account:

  1. Sign in to GFiber using your email and password. You’ll see your account page.

  2. Click Change plan to display the plan details page.

  3. Click Add to plan next to GFiber Phone and follow the on-screen instructions to add phone service to your account.

To remove GFiber Phone from your account:

  1. Sign in to GFiber using your email and password. You’ll see your account page.

  2. Click Change plan to display the plan details page.

  3. Click Remove next to GFiber Phone and follow the on-screen instructions to remove phone service from your account.

If you've already transferred your GFiber Phone number to another provider, be sure to remove GFiber Phone service from your GFiber account.
