You can quickly access music controls from the Fit app on your Wear OS device.
What you need
To quickly access the media controls, you need a Wear OS smartwatch with OS version 2.40 and later.
Open media controls during a workout
- If the screen is dim, tap it to wake up the watch.
- Go to the workout control screen.
- Tap Music control

- To control your music, you can tap:
- Next song
- Previous song
- Pause
. Tip: To return to your workout control screen, dismiss the media controls.
