If you log your weight on Google Fit or a connected app, you might find a section that shows your weight.
Add a new weight measurement
- On your phone, open the Google Fit app .
- At the bottom right, tap Add Add weight .
- Enter your weight.
- At the top right, tap Save.
See your weight over time
- On your phone, open the Google Fit app .
- At the bottom left, tap Home.
- Scroll down and tap Weight.
- At the top, adjust the time frame for the graph.
On the graph, you will find:
- Dots, which show specific weight measurements that you entered.
- A trend line, which is an average of recent weight data meant to give you a better idea of how your weight has changed over time.
Edit or delete your weight history
Edit one measurement
- On your phone, open the Google Fit app .
- At the bottom left, tap Home.
- Scroll down and tap Weight the measurement you want to remove.
- Change the measurement details.
Delete all past measurements

On your phone, open the Google Fit app .

Tap Profile Settings Delete your data Weight.

Confirm that you want to delete the data.
