Set a custom target range and log your data to see how your glucose levels trend over time. See how your glucose levels change throughout the day and react to physical activity, food, sleep, and other lifestyle choices.
Manually log your glucose levels and related symptoms in the Fitbit app or automatically import your glucose levels to the Fitbit app from select devices and apps.
Before you create your first log, set up the glucose tile in the Fitbit app:
- Add the glucose tile to the Today tab . For instructions, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
- Tap the glucose tile to open it, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the onboarding steps.
How do I manually log my glucose levels in the Fitbit app?
- On the Today tab , tap the icon on the glucose tile .
- Enter your glucose level and additional details, such as your related symptoms.
- Tap Save.
How do I connect my glucose meter app to my Fitbit account?
Connect certain apps to your Fitbit account to automatically import your glucose data and other related details. When you connect your app, the past 90 days of data appear in the Fitbit app.
- On the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the glucose tile settings icon .
- Tap Connected Devices & Apps.
- Choose the app you want to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions.
When you connect your Fitbit account with another app, the Fitbit app imports all relevant data provided in the other app when available. To add additional details to your log, such as related symptoms or meal times, see How do I edit or delete my glucose logs in the Fitbit app?
- On the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the glucose tile .
- Scroll down and tap to choose the day you’re interested in.
- Tap a log to see more details about it.
With your Fitbit Premium subscription, you can see more details about your data, including the number and percentage of glucose logs that were in or out of your target range.
- On the Today tab , tap the glucose tile .
- Scroll down and tap to choose the day you’re interested in.
- Tap the log you want to edit or delete. Make your changes, or tap the 3 dots in the top right Delete to remove the log.
Receive reminders on your Fitbit device to check your glucose levels. Make sure the Fitbit app is allowed to send you notifications. For setup instructions, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
To set a new reminder:
- On the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the glucose tile settings icon .
- Tap Add Reminder.
- Swipe to choose the time of day you want to be reminded, then choose which days of the week you want to receive the reminder.
- Tap Add.
To edit or delete a reminder:
- On the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the glucose tile settings icon .
- Tap the reminder you want to adjust.
- To edit the reminder, make your changes and tap the back arrow. To delete the reminder, tap Delete .
To turn reminders on or off:
- On the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the glucose tile settings icon .
- Turn Reminders on or off.
- On the Today tab , tap the glucose tile settings icon .
- Under Target Range, tap Upper Limit and Lower Limit to adjust the values you entered during setup.
- On the Today tab , tap the glucose tile settings icon .
- Under Glucose Unit, tap mg/dL or mmoI/L to choose your preferred glucose unit of measurement.
