If your Fitbit Ace LTE won’t turn on or becomes unresponsive, you may need to restart or reset your watch.

Fitbit Ace LTE does not have a physical reset button. Do not insert any items, such as paper clips, into the mic hole on the side of the Fitbit Ace LTE as this can cause damage.

Before proceeding with the below steps, check that your Fitbit Ace LTE has adequate charge. If your Fitbit Ace LTE is not charging, follow these instructions.
Blank, frozen, or unresponsive screen issues
Restart
A restart should resolve a frozen or blank watch face that won’t turn on or has an unresponsive touchscreen.
- Long press the top side button
- Select restart
If the steps above do not work, try the following:
Long press both side buttons for 20 seconds (may take longer) until the white logo appears. The watch should restart and be usable again once the restart completes.
Factory reset from fast boot
- Hold down both side buttons for approximately 16 seconds. Ignore any screens that come up.
- Once you feel the watch vibrate, release buttons and immediately hold down the bottom side button.
- The watch will enter the Fastboot options menu.
- Use the bottom side button to navigate to Recovery mode, then use the top side button to make the selection.
- Use the bottom side button to navigate to Wipe data/factory/reset, then use the top side button to make the selection.
- Tap Reboot system now.
