New content, features and enhancements may be released for your Fitbit Ace LTE via software updates. These new updates are called Seasons. We may occasionally also need to provide fixes and improvements via these updates.
How it works
Updates will be downloaded to your watch when a release is ready. Your watch needs to be connected to WiFi and at nearly full charge to receive updates. Updates can take up to an hour and your watch can't be used during this period, so we recommend leaving it to get updates automatically overnight.
If your watch has insufficient charge, the update is installed the next time you charge it.
It may take multiple attempts for the update to complete. For example, losing connection to WiFi or disconnecting the watch from the charging cable may pause the update. However, if any part of the process is interrupted, it will resume at the next opportunity. After the updates are done, your watch will reboot.
