Your child’s Move Goal starts at 90 points, which is the equivalent of 45 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity (Active Minutes [icon]) daily. They can adjust this goal on their Fitbit Ace. The World Health Organization recommends children do an average of 60 minutes.
