Wear and adjust your Ace Band

Adjust your Ace Band for comfort and collect bands to unlock new challenges and quests on your Fitbit Ace LTE.

Tips for wearing Fitbit Ace LTE

Wearing your Fitbit Ace LTE with the right fit keeps you comfortable and makes sure the sensors are operating correctly.

  • Do not wear your band too tight. Wear the band snugly yet loose enough that it can move back and forth on your wrist, while also feeling secure.
  • Remove the watch at the end of the day before bedtime and charge your device overnight.
Note: If you have eczema, allergies, asthma, or skin sensitivities, you may be more likely to experience skin irritation from a wearable device.
  • Loosen or remove your watch if you experience any skin irritation or other discomfort on your wrist or in your hand, such as redness, soreness, tingling, numbness, burning, or stiffness.
Note: If any of those symptoms persist, contact our customer supportand consider consulting a dermatologist.

Ace Band Hauls

When an Ace Band is attached, it unlocks a watch experience including a new Noodle for your watch face and new items to decorate your room. If you're not seeing this, make sure that:

  • The band is securely attached. You should hear the click sound.
  • The band connections are clean. Detach the band and clean the connections with a dry cloth.

The items you unlock while the band is attached will remain even if you decide to swap bands.
