Automatic renewals
By default, your Ace Pass data plan is set to automatically renew at the end of your billing period.
Cancel your subscription
You may cancel your Ace Pass data plan at any time. You can do this by canceling your Ace Pass at payments.google.com or under SettingsSubscriptions in the Fitbit Ace app.
Canceling will turn off auto renewal of your Ace Pass data plan. When you cancel, you'll stop future Ace Pass payments and continue to receive the Ace Pass service until the end of your current billing period. You won't be refunded for the period between when you cancel and when your billing period ends.
When you cancel your Ace Pass data plan from the end of your current billing period:
- You’ll lose access to the Ace Pass service, including seeing your child’s location and other parental supervision features in the Fitbit Ace app.
- Your child’s Fitbit Ace LTE will lose LTE connectivity and may stop working. Your child may lose access to Ace Pass features, including the ability to call and message contacts.
- Your child’s Google Account will not be removed from their Fitbit Ace LTE. To delete their data from their Fitbit Ace LTE you need to reset the device.
Refund policy
The Ace Pass is non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. There may be instances when you are entitled to a refund, such as if you are charged erroneously for the Ace Pass. You can request this refund by contacting Fitbit Ace LTE support at g.co/fitbitace/contact.
