You can export responses from Gemini Apps to Google Workspace apps like Gmail and Google Docs. You can also export code to developer tools like Google Colab and Replit.
Important: If you export content or code from Gemini Apps, the terms and policies of the service you export to will apply to that content.
Export responses to Google Workspace
Important: If you’re signed in to a Google Workspace account, your export options will vary depending on availability and Workspace settings. Also, export options vary by Gemini app.
Export a response to Google DocsBelow the response, click Share & export Export to Docs. This saves a new doc in Google Drive.
Important: This feature is only available if you have a Gmail account.
Below the response, click Share & export Draft in Gmail. This creates a new draft email in Gmail.
Important: This feature is only available for responses that have a table. Tables with images can’t be exported to Sheets.
At the bottom right of the table, click Export to Sheets. This saves the table in a new spreadsheet in Google Drive.

Export Python code to Google ColabImportant: Export to Google Colab isn’t available for Workspace accounts at this time.
Below the response, click Share & export Export to Colab. This saves a new Colab notebook in Google Drive.

- Exports are subject to Replit’s Privacy Policy and Replit's Terms of Service.
- Exports to Free Replit accounts are publicly visible on Replit.
- Choose whether to continue.
- To cancel: click No, thanks.
- To continue: click I understand, open Replit. This sends your prompt and the Gemini app’s response to Replit. If needed, sign in to your Replit account.
