Search Lift is not available for all Google Ads accounts. To use Search Lift, contact your Google account representative. If you don't have a Google account representative, you won't be able to use Search Lift in your account.
Search Lift measures how your YouTube video campaigns, Demand Gen campaigns and TV campaigns (if supported in your country) drive online search activity for your brand or product. Search Lift measurement determines how your ads impact a person’s likelihood to search for your product or brand on YouTube and Google Search. You can use this measurement to adjust and improve your campaigns to achieve your desired marketing objectives.
Search Lift budgeting
To be eligible for a Search Lift study, you need to meet the minimum budget requirements. This is the sum of the budgets of all active campaigns that are measuring the product or brand. The minimum budget required for Search lift is the same as the minimum for 1 Brand Lift question.
The minimum spend gives you access to Search Lift measurement, but we recommend that the sum of impressions of your campaigns in the measurement to be at least 1.5 million. By having more budget you will get more impressions which will increase your chance of detecting a Search lift.

Budgeting to measure Brand Lift and Search Lift together
The budget requirements for Search Lift are the same as the budget minimum needed to measure 1 Brand Lift question. When eligible for 1 Brand Lift question, you are also eligible to measure Search Lift without any additional budget needed for Search Lift.
Example
In the UK, a minimum of £10,000 GBP is needed for Brand Lift, and the budget requirement for Search Lift is, therefore, also £10,000 GBP. To measure Brand and Search Lift together, the minimum spend is still $10,000 USD, and not $20,000 USD, because budgets aren’t additive.
