Step 3: Add location targeting

When transferring search advertising campaigns, the ad conversion tool brings the following information to Google Ads:

Campaigns

Campaign Settings

Group

Ad

Keywords

Bids

There are a few details that are required for the start of the campaign (such as location, heading 2 in the ad). You can also optionally create ad extensions that allow you to add more useful information to your ad and attract the attention of customers. They usually increase the CTR of your ad by a few percent.
You can manage the transfer of the information on this page.

Instructions

1. Select a geotargeting target for your ads.

2. Set Headline 2 and Headline 3for your text ads.

The first block is an example of a responsive search ad that will be created for all ad groups in the campaign:

Headline 1 and Description 1 will be taken from the file and used to fill in the corresponding groups when transferred.

You will need to fill in Headline 2 and 3, as well as Description 2, yourself:

These will be used for all ad groups in the campaign, so we recommend making them more universal, reflecting the essence of your service or your product. After transferring the campaign, you will be able to adjust the necessary elements in the Google Ads interface or in Google Ads Editor.

Please note that when creating responsive search ads, all the elements will be pinned to specific positions (Headline 1 will be pinned to Headline 1,  Headline 2 will be pinned to Headline 2, etc.).

If you want to use element rotation, you can cancel pinning at Step 5 or in the Google Ads interface or Google Ads Editor after transferring the campaign.

The heading from Naver will be transferred as Headline 1 to Google. In Headline 2 on Google, you can reflect the USP or other additional information that might be of interest to users. The value you enter will be used for all of the ads in the selected campaign.

3. Select keyword match type - Exact match or Broad match.

4. Optionally, you can add ad extensions (phone numbers, promotions, callouts, structured snippets and sitelinks).

5. Click Continue.
