Hubspot is a third party platform that allows you to integrate your Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) data with Google Ads. Hubspot allows you to import data for Customer Match and Offline Conversion Import as well as export data from Google Ads through Lead Form Assets.
How it works
You can connect HubSpot to Google Ads giving you the ability to utilize your first party data directly in Google Ads. The HubSpot integration allows you to import customer match data and offline conversions directly from HubSpot, export leads, and will give you more insight into your overall marketing funnel. You can connect HubSpot on your serving account and on your Google Ads Manager account.
Link HubSpot and Google Ads
Use the following steps to link to HubSpot and Google Ads:
- In your Google Ads account, click the Admin icon .
- Click Linked accounts.
- You can find HubSpot by using the search bar or under the "Other popular products" section in linked products. Once you have found HubSpot click Link HubSpot. The next window provides the ability to directly link HubSpot or link to HubSpot Via Zapier.
- Select the option you want based on the data you may like to import.
- Click Continue in the next window you will be prompted to click Authorize to continue with the integration.
- When you select Create data integration you will be taken to the HubSpot page where you can log into your HubSpot account.
- Complete the steps on the HubSport website.
You can now import conversions or audiences (Customer Match) from HubSpot.

Unlink HubSpot and Google Ads
- In your Google Ads account, click the Admin icon .
- Click Linked accounts.
- Under “Your linked accounts and products,” find HubSpot and click Details.
- Find the channel and click Unlink in the “Action” column.
