Feed doesn't have enough eligible products

You will find this message when you have less than 5 eligible products in your Google Merchant Center feed. This may be due to the following reasons:

How to fix this issue

  • If you have less than 5 products in your Google Merchant Center feed, add more products to your merchant center account. We recommend at least 50 products for best results.
    • If you're using product groups, make sure that your product filter settings allow for more than 4 products. You can view the number of products in your product groups by navigating the product groups tab and viewing the number of approved products.
  • If you have at least 5 products but your products aren't eligible to serve, follow the steps to fix your disapproved products in your campaign.
    • To view if your products are eligible to serve, click on the products tab and view the issues column. Follow the instructions in the product health section to ensure that your products are eligible to serve on Demand Gen.
    • If you're using product filters, make sure that you have enough eligible products in your product groups. You can view the number of eligible products by navigating to the ad groups tab, and clicking on product groups. There you will find the total number of approved products, as well as ineligible products.
