A campaign group is a set of campaigns that share a key performance indicator. Campaign groups are helpful for tracking the overall performance of multiple campaigns with similar goals. Setting optional performance targets lets you designate specific, numerical goals for your campaign group, keeping you up-to-date on performance progress.

Add or remove campaigns
- In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon .
- Click the Campaigns drop down in the section menu.
- Click Campaign groups.
- Click the name of the campaign group you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Add or remove campaigns.
- Click Save.
Change a campaign group's name
- In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon .
- Click the Campaigns drop down in the section menu.
- Click Campaign groups.
- Click the name of the campaign group you want to rename.
- Click the pencil icon .
- Enter a new name for your campaign group.
- Click Save.
Remove a campaign group
- In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon .
- Click the Campaigns drop down in the section menu.
- Click Campaign groups.
- Click the name of the campaign group you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Click Remove campaign group.
- Click Remove.
