To manage your advertising expenses, you need a payments profile. This profile stores the essential details used for billing and payments in your Google Ads account, such as:
- Who pays: The name and address of the person or company legally responsible for account costs.
- What you pay with: The payment methods that you use to pay for ads. You can access this in a separate page.
- Tax details: Your tax status, country and ID.
- Contacts: The names and contact details for people who are on the profile.
- Document language: In some countries, you can choose the language for your billing and payment documents. If language selection isn’t available, the official language of the billing country will be used.
Your profile will be set up automatically when you create your Google Ads account if using either automatic or manual payments. To create a payments profile on monthly invoicing, contact us.
