Parents can create a Google Account for children under 13 or the applicable age in their country and manage it with Family Link. With these accounts, children have access to Google products like Search, Maps, and Gmail. While signed into their account, users of the Family Link child accounts might see ads on certain Google products and on third-party sites and apps.
Advertisers can't target ads to show only to children under 13 or the applicable age in their country, or serve personalized advertising to children under 13 or the applicable age in their country. However, as an advertiser, you can request to have your ads excluded from showing to signed-in users under 13 or the applicable age in their country through this form. This exclusion will apply to your Search, Display, and Shopping ads in Google Ads when Google recognizes a user under 13 or the applicable age in their country.
