When you create your Smart campaign, we’ll recommend a budget based on average click volume for your business type and your location. Choose a budget that you’re comfortable with, while also allowing you to serve your ads as frequently as you’d like.

Write effective ads
Your ad gives you the chance to showcase your business and attract potential customers. An effective ad clearly and accurately describes your business and distinguishes you from your competition. Write different versions of your ad
For best results, we recommend that you take advantage of the three ad maximum, by adding three different versions of your ad for each Smart campaign. There's no additional cost to having more than one ad and it also allows Google to optimise your campaign performance based on the best-performing ad.
