Third-Party Measurement Implementation Request

Use this form to request help with implementing a third-party measurement solution (for example, pixels or ad tags) for your Display, Performance Max, Video, and Demand Gen campaigns.

Note: As of March 11, 2024, account-level and campaign-level changes to third-party measurement settings can be done in your Google Ads Editor account. Learn more about editing third-party measurement settings on YouTube using Google Ads Editor.

Starting May 11, 2024 bulk campaign implementation services will be deprecated.

You can request implementation support in the following languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish. Other languages aren't supported in the form.

All assets and mapping instructions must be submitted using the following templates:

Display campaigns

Performance Max campaigns

Performance Max campaign pixels can only be implemented at the campaign level, and only one pixel per campaign is allowed.

Note: While this pixel successfully tracks all activity for Performance Max campaigns with no feed attached, it isn't currently comprehensive for Performance Max campaigns with a Google Merchant Center.

If your campaign has a Google Merchant Center attached and 3P reporting is critical, it's recommend that you pause your existing Performance Max campaign with a Merchant Center feed until the fix is in place, which may take several weeks. Alternatively, if running a Performance Max campaign without a Merchant Center feed attached would meet your business goals, all of the inventory in Performance Max is already covered by the existing pixel process and you can proceed safely.

Note: You can implement third-party tracking for a Performance Max campaign that is managed through Search Ads 360. Currently you can only track the display creatives within your Performance Max campaigns, and not video related information.

Video campaigns

Google Ads no longer accepts third-party tracking pixels for YouTube measurement or YouTube inventory of Demand Gen campaigns. Learn more about the changes to third-party measurement and follow the 2 steps in its entirety to successfully enable third-party measurement for YouTube.

We aren’t able to add third-party click tracking to your ads. You can add third-party click tracking by modifying the tracking template in Google Ads. Your ad tags and pixels need to comply with our requirements for third-party ad serving. You can also check your ad tag using the Ad Validator.

Demand Gen campaigns
