You can manage display ads in Google Ads Editor in the following ways:
- Download display ads created by the Ad Gallery.
- Copy and paste display ads between campaigns (within the account where the original ad was created).
- Import display ads in a CSV file or with the Add multiple display ads tool.
- Optional: Select a device preference (Mobile or All) for your ad.
