If you don't have permission to modify an account, you might see this error: Either the account you are trying to access does not exist, or you do not have permission to modify this account.
To ensure that you have access to the account, try to sign in to the account at https://ads.google.com.
If you're unable to sign in, check with the account administrator to make sure you have the correct access level. If you were only recently granted access to the account, please wait approximately 24 hours to download the account in Google Ads Editor.
