Error: xulrunner.exe – Entry Point Not Found

If you see this message when you run a new version of Google Ads Editor, follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the application:

1. Uninstall all copies of Google Google Ads Editor.
   • Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
   • Remove all copies of Google Google Ads Editor.
2. Ensure that the installation folder has been removed. If it still exists, remove it.
   • The default installation folder is here: C:\Program Files\Google\Google Google Ads Editor
   • If you chose a different folder when you installed Google Ads Editor, remove that folder instead.
3. Reinstall Google Ads Editor.
   • Go to http://ads.google.com/home/tools/ads-editor.
   • Select a language from the drop-down menu.
   • Click Download Google Ads Editor.
