If you add an item in your online Google Ads account (such as a new keyword or ad), the item might not be visible immediately when you use Get recent changes > Basic (faster). To view the item in Google Ads Editor, choose one of the following options:
- Wait a few minutes, then try again.
- Choose Get recent changes > More data (slower).
