Rebooting Google Clips may fix several issues. To reboot your camera:
- Take the camera out of the clip stand.
- Locate the small pinhole button on the bottom of the camera near the charging port.
- Take the point of a pen or paper clip, quickly press the pinhole button, and let go when you see the white light on the front of the camera. Be careful not to hold the pinhole button for too long or you'll risk factory resetting your camera and erasing data.
- The center LED on your camera will pulse white while the camera is rebooting.
Note: Rebooting Google Clips isn't the same as factory resetting. Read more about factory resetting your Google Clips camera here.
