Google home mini won’t respond

Hello, My google home mini is unresponsive and doesn’t turn on when I connect it to a power source. Is there anyway I could get some assistance with this or get a replacement? Thank you in advance.

Is there a way to see who deleted the footage on the app?

I've come into an unfortunate situation where another manager on the account is deleting footage in an attempt to hide things from me. Since the footage is gone is there a way to see which account user has deleted the footage? Just looking for proof ...

Nest Connect already connected error.

Trying to add lock, says nest connect is already connected. Does not show up in APP, so I cannot delete it and start over. Tried a factory reset of the nest connect, did not work.
