Seven wires old system
Old system have seven wires white for auxiliary black for emergency heat. 4th generation does not have a place for emergency heat just auxiliary. Confused where the white and black wire goes
Help! With battery dead
I my thermostat upstairs is saying it must shut down to recharge battery and won’t display temperature. I tried to reset it. Took it off and unscrewed it and didn’t see any ASA battery to replace. Help! Where do you recharge the batteries

Google Nest Hub and google nest constantly gurgling and popping and lots of interference.
Nest and hub has interference. Gurgling and popping. Ultrasound sensing is off. Have reset factory settings and turned on and off, both WiFi and hub and Nest. Have also rebooted. Driving me bonkers.
No status light on Nest Camera (wired)
I recently had a power outage and now my wired outdoor Nest camera doesn't seem to power on. The outlets is working, and I've tried resetting the camera. There is no status light.

Resolved! Existing router was rewired - now, I can't connect my Chromecast ...
.... because when I try to connect via Google Home, it's now saying it was 'manufactured in a different country'. It was previously working no problem. The wifi password hasn't changed, so what gives?TIA!
