If you can't find either your friends or family on the new Google Pay app, follow these steps to send money to them.
Search for someone in your contacts with their name, phone number, or email. If you can’t find them, you should:
- Make sure they downloaded the new Google Pay app.
- Check that they have a United States (US), Singapore (SG), or India (IN) phone number.
- Ask them to turn on the “Allow people to find you” setting, if they haven't.

- Turn on Allow people to find you.
