Common questions

What if I don’t have any transactions on the Google Wallet website?

If you don’t have any transactions, you might not have any available transactions with Google Pay. These are some of the transactions that you can get on the Google Wallet website:

  • Contactless payments
  • Payments made with your Android device
  • Transactions from Plaid linked accounts (US only)

We work hard to keep your transactions safe, so certain transactions might only be available on the Google Wallet website for a short period of time.

How do I get help with a transaction?

If you find a transaction that you don’t recognize, review your bank statement. If there’s still an issue, contact your card issuer.

For other concerns, learn how to dispute, report, or cancel a payment.
What if I can’t find a transaction?

Some transactions, like a purchase from Google Play, YouTube, or Google One don’t appear on the Google Wallet website. You can manage these transactions in your Google Account.

If you still can’t find a transaction, review your bank statement or contact your issuer.
