Here’s where you can find information about returning something or getting a refund for something you bought using Google Pay.

Return something you bought in a store
- Find your store receipt.
- Bring the receipt and the item to the store.
- If the merchant asks you to swipe your card, hold the back of your phone to the contactless payment terminal.
- For some returns, you might have to provide the last 4 digits of your virtual account number. You can find your virtual account number on the card details screen in your Google Pay app .
Tip: The retailer will let you know when you should expect your refund.
Return something you bought online with Google Pay
If you used Google Pay to buy something from a non-Google website or app, contact the merchant's customer support team. Refunds are deposited to your linked bank account.
Return a Google product
To return a purchase from Google, contact the support team for the product.
Fix issues with order delivery or quality
If the product or service you ordered was missing or unsatisfactory, to cancel the order or fix the issue, contact the merchant’s customer support.
Fix issues with incomplete payments to merchants
