Turn ON settings that conserve battery
Battery saver
Battery saver mode increases battery life by automatically turning on at 15% battery level. It limits battery usage by limiting or turning off non-essential features without compromising on the health and fitness tracking, or safety features of your Pixel watch.
Turning on battery Saver mode disables features that drain your device's power, including Always-on display settings and reducing background data usage. While background data is limited, you can still access the internet when needed, when the watch is actively in use.
Note: Notifications may be delayed due to on-demand connectivity.

- On Google Pixel Watch, swipe down tap Settings .
- Tap Battery Battery saver Toggle ON.
Turn Automatic Battery Saver mode on or off

Other tips to maximize battery life
Reduce screen timeout period
Save battery life by setting up a screen timeout period that puts your watch screen to sleep after a set amount of time or inactivity. Set a shorter timeout period so your watch goes to sleep more frequently when you're not using it.
- On your Google Pixel Watch, swipe down tap Settings .
- Tap Display Screen timeout.
- Select a faster timeout.
- For example: Select 10 seconds instead of 30 seconds (15 seconds for Pixel Watch 2 and 3).

1 Maximum battery life is approximate and is based on testing conducted in California in 2024 on pre-production hardware and software, using default settings with a median Pixel user battery usage profile across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features, or for “up to 36 hours”, the use of features that are default in Battery Saver mode. Battery life depends on features enabled, usage, environment and many other factors. Use of certain features will decrease battery life. Actual battery life may be lower.
