You can report reviews that violate the Google Play Comment Posting Policy directly from Play Console.
Report a review
Review the Google Play Comment Posting Policy before reporting a review. Only reviews that violate the Comment Posting Policy will be removed.
- Open Play Console and go to the Reviews page (Quality > Ratings and reviews > Reviews).
- On the review that you want to report, select the flag icon
.
- Select Report.
.After you submit a report
A specialist will review your report within a few business days.
If the specialist determines the review violates the Comment Posting Policy, the review will be removed from Play Console. If it's determined that the review doesn't violate the Comment Posting Policy, you'll see a notification on the review that the request to remove was rejected. If your report is rejected, you can't report the same review again.
Problems submitting a report
If you receive an error that you can't submit any more reports, please wait 24 hours and submit again. You have reached the submission limit for your developer account for the day.
