What if I am unable to activate my Telkomsel offer on my Google Account?
If you encountered an error while attempting to activate your Telkomsel Play Pass Data Package, you will not have access to Play Pass on that Google Account.
You will need to take one of the following actions first:
If you’re already subscribed
- Telkomsel offers can be only activated once for a single Google Account. You will need to wait for the existing offer to expire before activating a new one, or switch to a supported Google Account to activate your offer again.
- Only family managers can share their Play Pass subscription with family members.
If Play Pass is unavailable for your account
- Accounts managed by a parent, school or organisation are not supported. You will need to switch to a supported Google Account and activate your offer again.
- The Google Play Pass with Telkomsel offer is only available in Indonesia. You can check your Google Play country to confirm if it is set to Indonesia.
After you’ve taken one of the above actions, you can start activation again by clicking on the activation link provided by Telkomsel.
