Fix problems with the Movies Anywhere app
My Movies Anywhere movies don’t appear in my Google appsStep 1: Make sure that you're signed in to the account that you connected to your Movies Anywhere account:
- On your device, open Google Play Movies & TV or Google TV app .
- At the top, tap Menu or your profile picture.
- Tap Settings or Google TV settings.
- Under 'Connected Accounts', check for 'Movies Anywhere'. If it’s not there, your accounts aren’t linked.
Step 2: Make sure that the 'Downloaded only' option is turned off:
- On your device, open Google Play Movies & TV or Google TV app .
- At the top, tap Menu or your profile picture.
- Tap Settings or Google TV settings.
- If Downloaded only is turned on, turn it off.
If you have trouble when you play movies on the Movies Anywhere app:
- Play the video on Google Play Movies & TV or Google TV app .
- If the video works on Google Play Movies & TV or Google TV, go to Movies Anywhere support for more troubleshooting information.
- If the video doesn't work in either app, go to our page about problems when you play videos, or contact Google Play support.
Important: You can only connect one Google Account to your Movies Anywhere account. You can switch accounts once every 6 months.

- At the top, tap Menu or your profile picture.
- Tap Settings or Google TV settings.
- Under 'Connected Accounts', tap Movies Anywhere Disconnect.
