An Android app isn't working properly on my Chromebook

When you use Android apps on Chromebooks, some functions may work differently than on Android devices. For example, if your Chromebook doesn’t have a touchscreen, an app may work if you use a mouse rather than a touchscreen. 

If an app doesn’t open, crashes, or has other serious problems, try these steps:

  2. Check your Internet connection.
  3. Clear the app data and cache.
