You can watch live and recorded sports events, movies and TV shows on your Google TV.

Access your sports content
Use the Sports page on the Google TV home screenYou can find Google TV sports features on the Sports page, such as:
- Sports-leaning recommendations
- Key highlights from YouTube
- Shortcuts to sport providers
- Relevant highlights and commentary
- Sports-related free live TV
Important: At present, the Sports page is only available in the US.
To navigate to the Sports page:
- On the Google TV home screen, under the 'For you' tab, scroll to the 'What do you feel like watching?' row.
- Select Sports.
Tips:
- Currently, the YouTube highlight row on the Sports page includes:
- Football
- Basketball
- Hockey
- Baseball
- American Football
- To find other sports, open the YouTube app.
You'll receive personalised sports recommendations on the 'On now' rows on your 'For you' and 'Live' tabs.
Tip: You won't find channel icons in the 'Live sports from your services' row. You can find the channel when you open your service provider.You can find upcoming and live games in the 'Selected live and upcoming games' row.
To get detailed info about a game with watch actions and related YouTube highlights, select the 'Selected live and upcoming games' tile. Some games may not be available for streaming, but you'll still receive info on where you can watch it.
Troubleshoot issues with watching sports
How to fix playback errorsYou'll see a playback error if you try to watch a game on YouTube TV from a service that you haven't purchased or aren't subscribed to. To watch the game, you need to:
- Go to the YouTube TV store.
- Upgrade to the add-on service that carries the game.
