Partners who have enabled changed pricing can use the manual price update tool in Hotel Center to request price updates to itineraries for their properties.
Instructions
- Sign in to your Hotel Center account.
- On the left hand navigation, under “Overview”, click Pricing.
- Under “Pricing”, click Manual price update.
- In the “Select properties” section, select either “Update all properties” or “Update only some properties”.
- If you select “Update only some properties”, then enter one or more hotel IDs to update.
- In the “Affected date ranges” section, enter the information to be updated:
- Starting from - The earliest check-in date that the updates will be applied to.
- Number of days - The number of days from the check-in date that updates will be applied to (maximum 330 when using a 'Starting from' date of today Pacific time )..
- Minimum nights - The minimum length of stay to qualify for the update.
- Maximum nights - The maximum length of stay to qualify for the update (up to 30).
- Batch size - The number of hotels that will be updated in a single query. If this number is less than the number of selected hotels, the update will be completed in multiple queries.
- Click Start update.
Once the update begins, a progress bar is shown with the start date and time, as well as an estimated time for completion. You can pause an active update at any time, then either resume or cancel as needed. The update will continue even if you navigate away from the page.
We recommend limiting manual price updates to ~1000 properties per batch. Updating more properties at once may take several days to complete.
