View your availability, rates and inventory

The Hotel Centre availability report provides a detailed summary of the data that you're sending to Google. The report includes two filterable tables, the 'Overall availability' table and the 'Availability by date' table. Using the 'Overall availability' table, you can view the availability of all of your rooms and properties in one glance. With the 'Availability by date' table, you can enter a date range to view your available inventory on particular days. You can filter results by 'Room ID', 'Rate plan ID', 'Occupancy' and more. This article explains both how to view your report and how to understand the elements that it includes.

Instructions

Here are the steps to view your available inventory and rates using your Hotel Centre account.

Sign in to your Hotel Centre account.
Select a property.
From the navigation menu on the left, select Availability.
Browse the 'Overall availability' table or the 'Availability by date' table to view the detailed report.
- Overall availability: Browse the rows listed in the 'Overall availability' table to view the aggregate summary of all the available inventory. The 'Overall availability' table has two tabs: 'Room' and 'Property'.
  - Select 'Room' to view the availability by room for a property. You may filter by 'Room inventory (days)', 'Room mapped', 'Rate plan mapped', 'Room/rate plan combination allowed', 'Open availability (days)', 'Occupancy' and more.
  - Select 'Property' to view the overall summary of availability across a property.
- Availability by date: Enter a date range to view details for the available inventory. You can filter by 'Room ID', 'Rate plan ID' or 'Occupancy'. Expand a row to view rate plan details.
  - Click on a price within the 'Rate plan' rows to open the 'Rate details' pop-up window and find specific information.
  - Hover over the 'Room ID' or the 'Rate plan ID' rows to view or copy details like room name and ID.

Note: A missing rate indicates that a room rate isn't available for the room type, date and rate plan.

Room rate details

In the 'Rate details' pop-up window, you can view information like 'Rate', 'Rate-based taxes and fees', 'Minimum advance purchase', 'Closed to arrival' and 'Minimum stay'. The following table describes the information that you'll find in the 'Rate details' window:

Rate details	Room ID	This specifies the unique ID for the room data.
	Rate plan ID	A custom identifier defining a specific room bundle combination.
	Rate	The base rate (before taxes and fees) for the selected occupancy.
	Additional guests	This shows charges that have been added for additional adults or children.
	Rate-based taxes and fees	This includes the taxes and fees defined with the rates for this room type, rate plan and date. Rate-based taxes and fees don't include taxes and fees defined at the property level.
	Total	This shows a total price (including taxes and fees).
	All-inclusive	This identifies rooms that are all inclusive.
	Occupancy	The maximum number of guests for a room or package.
Available	Inventory	This identifies the number of rooms that are available in a particular room type.
	Stop sell	If Stop sell is on, sales are stopped for this date, room type and rate plan. This can be turned off using `OTA_HotelAvailNotifRQ`. Learn more about OTA_HotelAvailNotifRQ If Stop sell is off, sales proceed if inventory is available and no other restrictions apply.
	Is the room rate mapped?	If Room rate mapped is 'Yes', the room type and rate plan are both defined and are used together. If Room rate mapped is 'No', a rate for the room type isn't provided even when inventory is available, stop sell is off and no other restrictions apply. To fix this, specify the room data and rate plan with a transaction message.
Restrictions	Minimum advance purchase	The minimum days that the room must be booked before check-in.
	Local time	Shows the local time at the property.
	Closed to arrival	The room isn't available for check-in on this date.
	Closed to departure	The room isn't available for a check-out on this date.
	Minimum stay (arrival date)	The minimum number of nights allowed for this room type and rate plan for a stay that begins on the selected day.
	Minimum stay (through date)	The minimum number of nights allowed for this room type and rate plan for a stay that includes the selected day.
