The hotel rate editor is a Google Business Profile Service, and your participation in the hotel rate editor is subject to the following hotel rate editor Additional Terms of Service, in addition to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile Additional Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms”):
If the content (e.g, hotel rates and availability) submitted via the hotel rate editor Beta (“Hotel Content”) is protected by intellectual property rights, you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute and create derivative works of the Hotel Content in connection with Google products and services. This license supersedes the “License” section of the Google Business Profile Additional Terms of Service with respect to Hotel Content. Hotel rates submitted as part of your Hotel Content must include all applicable taxes and fees.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind the entity listed on your Business Profile to these hotel rate editor Additional Terms of Service.
