In the European Union, national entities called Digital Services Coordinators have designated “Trusted Flaggers,” which are entities tasked with flagging allegedly illegal content on our platforms. Trusted Flaggers are likely to have expertise in one or more fields relevant to content moderation, such as privacy or child safety. We prioritize requests from Trusted Flaggers in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act. The European Commission will maintain a list of designated Trusted Flaggers in a publicly accessible database.
