How it works
The booking feature allows customers to:
- Schedule a booking directly through your Local Services ad, giving customers another way to contact you if you can’t pick up the phone.
- Check your availability and services up front, which helps customers make informed decisions before contacting you.
How to opt in to receive booking leads
You can enable the booking feature through one of our booking partners.
How to manage booking leads
After you've opted in, you’ll manage certain details directly from your booking partner account, including:
- Managing, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
- Making changes to availability
For any changes to booked jobs, you should reach out to customers directly to discuss the details of the job.
You’ll still be able to view leads, including leads from the booking feature, in your Local Services Ads lead inbox.
How to opt out of booking leads
If you no longer wish to receive booking leads on Local Services Ads, you can turn off the feature directly in your Local Services Ads account by heading to the Profile and Budge page.
