About reviews and ratings on Local Services
Reviews should be based on your personal experience and be specific, factual and relevant to the services that you received.
Write what you think would be helpful for other readers to know and be respectful even when leaving a negative review. For example, a helpful review may focus on a provider’s professionalism, quality of work and whether the price was a good value.
You won't receive any compensation or consideration in return for your review, and providers are prohibited from offering consumers compensation in return for their reviews.
Neither consumers nor providers should attempt to contact a reviewer directly regarding their review.
What happens when you submit a review?

All other reviews are subject to Maps user contributed content policies.
Reviews won't be posted until our team reviews and approves the content. Reviews are usually published within three working days, and aren't archived. If you need to change or delete a review that you submitted through Local Services, contact us.
