Why the issue is happening
One or more of your products have an unknown value for certification code [certification_code], a sub-attribute of certification [certification]. You provided a certification code that can't be matched against the official product certification provided by the certification body. Therefore, Google can't retrieve official certification data.
How to fix your issue
Submit a certification code that matches the certification provided by a registered certification body.
Fix products one by one directly in Manufacturer Center
Go to Products in the Manufacturer Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the issue you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Enter a valid certification code
[certification_code] attribute that matches the certification provided by a registered certification body.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in the manufacturer Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that the value submitted for the code
[certification_code] attribute matches the certification provided by a registered certification body.
Reupload your corrected product data to the manufacturer Center using your chosen upload method.
