How to work with data partners

Data partners are companies other than Google that manage and distribute product information on your behalf (for example, product information management firms, feed management agencies, rich content producers, etc). They can simplify how you prepare and submit product data to the Manufacturer Center, which helps keep your data accurate and up-to-date. Each individual product must have all of its data supplied by a single data partner.

Manage data partners in Manufacturer Center

In your Manufacturer Center account, you identified the data partners you work with. To keep this information current, update your account if your status with a data partner changes.

Add data partners

To add or delete a data partner from your Manufacturer Center account:

  1. Sign in to your Manufacturer Center account.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu then click Account linking.
  3. Select the Data partners tab.
  4. Click the plus button, search for the data partner's name and click Add. You can add multiple data partners by repeating this step.

Remove data partners

To remove a data partner from your Manufacturer Center account:

  1. Sign in to your Manufacturer Center account.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu then click Account linking.
  3. Select the Data partners tab.
  4. In the “Actions” menu near the data partner, click Delete.

Note: If the data partner hasn’t yet accepted your linking request, you can click Cancel Request in the “Actions” menu.
